A licence to install and use Atlas AI software on one installation (one server or PC) for the duration of your active subscription. The licence is non-transferable and covers the number of users specified in your plan.
All data created by Atlas belongs to you. Your documents, jobs, client data and files are entirely yours. We have no access to them, cannot see them, and make no claim over them. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains on your device and is yours to keep.
Subscriptions renew monthly on the same date you first subscribed. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support. No refunds are issued for partial months, but we will not charge you after cancellation.
If payment fails, Atlas enters a 7-day grace period before switching to basic mode (chat only). Your data is never deleted due to a lapsed subscription.
Software updates are included in all plans and are delivered automatically overnight. We reserve the right to change features, but will never remove core functionality from an active plan without notice.
Atlas is a productivity tool. It does not provide legal, medical, financial or professional advice. Documents generated by Atlas should be reviewed by a qualified professional where appropriate.
Atlas is provided "as is." We will always fix bugs promptly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or accept liability for losses arising from software downtime.
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
