AI models (~10 GB) download automatically during install. You'll need an internet connection for the initial setup only.

STEP 3 — RUN THE INSTALLER

1. If Python is not installed on this computer: download Python 3.11 from python.org and install it. Tick "Add Python to PATH" during setup.
2. Right-click atlas_installer.py and choose Open with → Python, or open Command Prompt and type: py atlas_installer.py
3. Follow the on-screen steps. The installer sets up Ollama, downloads the AI models (~10 GB), configures Atlas and creates your user accounts automatically. This takes 20–40 minutes depending on your internet speed.
4. When complete, Atlas opens in your browser at http://localhost:8000. After setup, Atlas works completely offline.
